Cancellation & Appointment Policy To respect everyone’s time and ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask all clients to follow the policy below: • Cancellations, service changes, or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. • If you cancel, reschedule, or alter your services within 48 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total, and a new deposit may be required to book a future appointment. • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a late fee or cancellation at the discretion of your service provider, Marky. • Constant rescheduling or cancellation may result in being banned from booking. No shows will result you from being banned. • For emergencies, please call me directly.
